Private Policy of RequiemArt_{By commissioning the artist known as Requirmart you are agreeing that you have read her terms of service and are adhering to her private policy as it is laid out before you}Identification/Purpose: Identification must be provided, I do not work with minors of any type as it is to protect myself and anyone under age. This means if you do not have an ID of any kind to prove your age, do not contact me.
Sharing/Selling: You as my client have the right to ask for your commission to remain private, but it must be stated at the beginning of the art process.
As for selling your purchased art. I reserve the full commercial rights unless stated otherwise. If you are wondering, yes I can release them for a 50% fee of said commission type on any branch of my listed items for sale. No I will not negotiate down on the pricing, art is a luxury not a play thing.
User Rights/Security: You as my client do have the right to post what you commission at any point. While that is said if you dare upload any art I create for you to an AI outlet/inlet source you will be placed upon a blacklist permanently. I do not nor will ever support AI, and I do not want my art being subjected to that foul lackluster skill less machine.
I will provide a message of security with my art services. If you wish to remain anonymous I have my email that you may contact me from. Artwork I can keep hidden if requested to remain private, yes even from my patreon and substar account’s. Though this has to be requested before anything is set in stone, I am not a mind reader.

Questions, ask but most I'll try to answer below:-Question: Do you take collabs?
A: Possibly, I prefer only to collaborate with mutual artists. Otherwise it can often be a flat out NO.-Question: Can I get a couple’s picture or a picture with full scenery?
A: Yes, you can but full scenery depends on what you're looking for. Certain types will ONLY be available via YCH's. Something like a calm scene of resting on a couch is not complex, but a full highly detailed forest or cityscape? That will only be provided by YCH.-Question: What are your work hours?
A: Week days, I’ll return your message within 24-48 hours. Weekends I am usually out. Turnaround time is -Business days-. Remember that your artwork is in a queue; you are almost never the only person on my list. AGAIN if you want art ON THE SPOT, you need to join a commission stream. I will no longer be working on Saturdays and Sundays.-Question: I’m a very particular and sometimes referred to as a picky customer. Will that be a problem?
A: Be as specific as you can with the initial commission without being completely overbearing. The concept of commissioning an artist is because you respect and admire their art. There is a difference between being specific and being completely and totally controlling. If you can’t deal with artwork being tailored to your requests without every single detail being exactly as you envisioned it, you may want to commission someone else.
If I feel that you are becoming controlling or overbearing you will be given one polite warning, and then I will either charge you a fee (that I will determine at the time) or refund and resell your commission as a YCH that no longer visually represents your character but maintains the pose idea.-Question: I've commissioned you before. Does this mean I have to contact you the new way as well?
A: Yes, I will be closing my dms. This is to present a more professional front and allow me to focus fully on the piece(‘s) I am currently working on. To be frank or rather rude (which I offer my apologies for) I can not drop everything, every time my dms go off to send a reply at the exact moment I receive a message. I am busy, I will get back to you after my work day is over, if not in a 48 hour time period. The ONLY way I will contact via dms on discord or Twitter or elsewhere is by instream commissions.-Question: I have an ‘AI’ character or reference, can I use them to commission you?
A: IT DEPENDS!!! I do not like AI art, but if you “buy” an AI produced character I can draw them but only as a reference. I WILL NOT use them for a full piece.
This does not permit you uploading any art you commission from me to an AI generator. If I find out you have done so you will be BLACKLISTED from ever receiving art from me in any shape or form. I DO NOT NOR WILL EVER SUPPORT AI ART. PERIOD.-Question: Can I use a colored sketch to make a custom character?
A: NO! Absolutely not, I will no longer accept colored sketch commissions if your only goal is to create a character with it. I will NOT go back and forth nitpicking features, these are meant for those who can not get a higher quality/detailed image, and are meant to take a couple/few hours at most!-Question: Do you offer commission streams? If you do where/when?
A: I stream primarily on discord, I am looking into setting up for Picarto or Twitch soon. For Commission streams I will be opening those January 5th, 2024! If you're part of the discord server you're more than welcome to hop in.-Question: Do you take payment Plans?
A: I do offer payment plans. Most are for YCH's, but I will set up one for a commission, or reference sheet if needed. IF you want a payment plan I WILL NOT send the completed art until after the final payment is made. This is not up for discussion.-Question: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes I do offer refunds, the catch with them though is the further the piece gets the less likely you'll receive the full amount back.
Example: For a FULLY RENDERED commission refund: Sketch 75% back, Lined 50% back, Flat Colors 0%, Completed 0%-Question: Can I have a link to your paypal so I can just send funds that way?
A: No, absolutely not. I will ONLY work with invoices. It is to protect myself and any possible awful human who will make multiple chargebacks. I've heard horror stories I'm not willing to play ball.

If you do not have at least one CLEAR, ACCURATE, AND UP TO DATE IMAGE OF YOUR CHARACTER that has most if not all details correct. I will not work with you unless you are willing to either give me full artistic freedom or chalk up any missing details as due to a fault of not having been clear.
IF you are UNDER the age of 18, get GONE!!! I'm not the artist for youI will accept 1-4 images to work from on a piece. No more than that. I'm not going to jigsaw your character together. I'm sorry.First and foremost by looking to commission me you fully realize that I am currently a mainly ANTHRO/FURRY artist that specializes in women/characters with breasts comfortable with presenting femme in a style that I’ve developed over time. I’m a very open minded artist and there are very few things that I won’t draw. The things I do list as 'won't' draw are either because they don't fit my style or simply do not fit my preferences/boundaries.If it isn’t covered below but you’re still curious, feel free to ask.By commissioning me you consent to my style and method of art. A big factor of my art style is color and lighting. This means that while I will ALWAYS use the proper base colors from your references. My style of SHADING AND LIGHTING will often result in slightly different or added colors due to how colors/lighting interact with one another which is what makes art pop. If this is a concern of yours you are advised to either get only flat commissions from me or choose another artist. - If your character is All OR MOSTLY Black and/or white, by commissioning me you agree to giving me PERMISSION TO ALTER COLORS to make the character more feasible to work with.
-I require at least one UP TO DATE visual reference if you want my basic prices.
-I SOMETIMES WORK off description, but it has to be IN DEPTH! Or enough to build a basic concept off of.
-I will stream what I’m working on. You need to tell me if that’s an issue.
-If there is a deadline you either need to tell me (( at which point if the deadline is shorter than a month I'll likely decline you or charge a 'rush order' fee of +50-100 dollars)), or refrain from rushing me.
-If you rush me you will get one warning. After that there will be consequences that may result in the cancellation of your commission.
what is considered rushing?: "It's been 2 weeks...>.> can I get an update?" You should wait at least a month before nudging me about things.((If you're impatient and you want art on the spot. That is what stream commissions are for.))-DO NOT send me a wall of text with your initial commission inquiry. It doesn’t benefit me at all to know a deep backstory about your character. SHORT information such as 2-3 fav hobbies are allowable.-You are always welcome to repost the art you buy as long as you credit back to me! You don't need to ask me about reposting or wait for me to post first. Go ahead.-Do not alter my artwork unless I've given you permission to do so. NEVER pay another artist to alter/color my work. NEVER put my work into an AI generator!!!!!
